Gudang4D reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
Gudang4D processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary currency. The following payment methods are supported for MYR deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to your applicable VIP tier limits. Gudang4D does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as standard anti-money-laundering control.
Gudang4D aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for verified accounts. Complex cases or requests flaged for additional review may take up to 24 hours. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Winings derived from demonstrably eroneous game outcomes (such as a displayed RTP significantly exceding 100% due to a software error) may be withheld pending investigation.
Sports betting markets are subject to market-specific rules that govern settlement, void conditions, and special circumstances (such as match postponements, player withdrawals, or weather interruptions). For live dealer games, the outcome of each game round is determined by the actions of a certified live dealer operating from a licensed studio. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the recorded footage of the session constitutes the authoritative record of events.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform.
The Gudang4D name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gudang4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
Gudang4D does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
In jurisdictions where a limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, the Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified via the registered email address. Access to funds held in the account during a suspension period will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, Gudang4D may retain any funds in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law as compensation for damages caused by the breach.
Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player via their last-used verified payment method.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Gudang4D cannot guarantee that all registered users will see every notification, and ignorance of an amendment does not exempt Player from compliance with the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Gudang4D's international gaming licence and the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall, where possible, be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits Gudang4D's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm or to enforce its intellectual property rights.
